We have six newly refurbished holiday suites and you'll find us in a fantastic location just opposite the popular Preston Sands beach.
Five of our suites are front facing with balcony access or sea views. Our guests have access to sought after free parking spaces on site and, if you want to leave the car here, the bus stop is just opposite.

Stayed in suite 4 with husband and 2 children. The view was incredible from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay. Liam the host was very helpful and welcoming . Our son has autism and he was very understanding and made our stay a relaxing one. The breakfast was fantastic. We will be returning in the summer. Can't wait! Thankyou for making our stay a happy one. Would definitely recommend!

Family friendly atmosphere. Breakfast outstanding. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Close to local amenities. Very welcoming, cannot fault staff, nothing is too much trouble. Good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend, will definitely be returning
